The head of al Qaeda in Iraq, Abu Ayyub al Masri, just got demoted. The U.S. reward for his capture, dead or alive, was reduced from $5 million to $100,000.That's got to hurt, terrorists have feelings too and having your value slashed by 98% is just upsetting. This is possibly related to Al Qaeada's increasing ineffectiveness as their brutality alienates even those who quite enjoy mass murder.
