ReplyDeleteThe idea that a manslaughter conviction can be 'spent' just a decade after the event is truly shocking.
ReplyDeleteBut of course only a person with a distorted Daily Mail mindset would deduce from this that the scales of justice are skewed in favour of 'rehabilitating' rather than punishing, serious 'offenders'...
