Foxy Knoxy & Faily Maily

The Daily Mail has been caught out publishing a story that Amanda Knox had been found guilty when she was of course released (even though it is fairly clear that she is as guilty as sin).

In itself that would only be slightly embarrassing- I am sure most newspapers had two versions of the story written up and waited on the verdict to see which one to use. What makes the Daily Mail's story interesting is the use of quotes in their since retracted story:

Prosecutors were delighted with the verdict and said "Justice has been done" although they said on a "human factor it was sad two young people would be spending years in jail"
Now because we now know Knox and her male accomplice no one cares about were in fact released it is clear that the prosecutors did not say any of these things. The Daily Mail was intending to use a piece with fabricated quotes in other words- doing a Hari as it were.

So either the reporter- Nick Pisa- made them up off his own bat or the Daily Mail routinely make things up for the sake of a better story. I do not believe that we are going to hear about an investigation into Pisa's work by a shocked Daily Mail editor any time soon.

Neither do I. Nice to catch them at it though - justifies the cynicism.

Why is she guilty as sin. Now if there were some evidence - oh, there isnt!

There is a mountain of evidence that she repeatedly lied about her whereabouts on the night of the murder and tried to frame an innocent man. You simply choose to ignore it.

A mountain of evidence?

Black convicted burlglar and drug dealer rapes/kills woman in act of chaotic, ill-thought out violence. Then does a runner, is caught and evidence bears this out.

Or...

Middle class white girl aids murder in satanic ritual, sex game..er..whatever other story the prosecution got up - and there is no physical evidence to support this.

Balance of probablities anyone?

Black criminals murder people all the time, it isnt news.

Her 'crime' was changing her story, thats it, they dont have anything else.

The convicted murderer, the one who actually did it and is still locked up, he changed his story too. The prosecution changed their story more than once.

Underlying all this is the regular anti-white narrative. We are asked top believe, PC style, that its just as likely she could have done the murder as the black parasite who actually did it.

No, it isnt just as likely, its not impossible but thats about it.

Its a dog-bites-man story thats been warped into a man-bites-dog story.

Why would somebody change their story so frequently- I could understand if it occurred once in the course of the unrecorded interview but it didn't.

And her behaviour after the crime is frankly very weird for someone whose friend and housemate had been brutally killed.
