Interesting Defence
Wouldn't it be less embarrassing just to admit the doping offence, even in the unlikely even that he is telling the truth?:
It's like trying to get yourself off a speeding fine by arguing that you were having sex with a sheep at the time.

I expect he's feeling pretty sheepish about the whole incident, to be honest.
Mind you I'm still struggling with the concept of "an over-the-counter penis". Does this refer to the manner of acquisition of the aid or to the current reach of the organ? In the latter case I would have thought that further enlargement would be counterproductive.
I hope his team mates take care when taking the baton in the relay.
