The Carleton University Students' Association has voted to drop a cystic fibrosis charity as the beneficiary of its annual Shinearama fundraiser, supporting a motion that argued the disease is not "inclusive" enough.Cystic fibrosis "has been recently revealed to only affect white people, and primarily men" said the motion read Monday night to student councillors, who voted almost unanimously in favour of it. The decision caused heated reaction and left at least one member of council calling for a new vote.
Whilst it goes without saying that refusing to fund raise for a disease based on the demographic profile of the victims would be obnoxious in any case, it is of course entirely untrue that cystic fibrosis is a condition that the white patriarchy are hogging all to themselves

Abso-f***ing-lutely brilliant!
Other un-PC diseases are anything smoking or drink related, and probably diabetes (serves 'em right for eating too much).
Very PC diseases are AIDS and sickle cell anaemia. Apparently a group once got funding for "Lesbians with AIDS" but they lost it again once it turned out they couldn't find a single actual victim.
When you consider the mechanics of it, I suppose Lesbianism isn't really a high risk factor for AIDs.

This has to be a wind up, by someone with their tongue firmly in their cheek, to poke the oversensitive right where it hurts!
Doesn't it...?
It's too ridiculous to be a wind up.
So, what about stopping funding into sickle cell anaemia?
"Sickle cell disease is the most common inherited blood disorder in the United States, affecting 70,000 to 80,000 Americans. The disease is estimated to occur in 1 in 500 African Americans and 1 in 1,000 to 1,400 Hispanic Americans.
It affects millions of people worldwide. Sickle cell anemia is most common among people whose ancestors come from Africa; Mediterranean countries such as Greece, Turkey, and Italy; the Arabian Peninsula; India; and Spanish-speaking regions in South America, Central America, and parts of the Caribbean."
