Reality Overtakes Satire.

The plot of a satirical novel:
Welcome to the United States of Europe, where incompetence is a way of life. According to Article 13199 of the Pan-European Constitution, “No person shall be prejudiced from employment in any capacity, at any level, by reason of age, race, creed or incompetence.” In other words, knowing how to do a job is no longer a prerequisite for being hired...and not knowing how to do it can’t get you fired.
The real world:
Employer told not to post advert for 'reliable' workers because it discriminates against 'unreliable' applicants

They've had to backtrack hastily, and put up her ad now.

I wonder if disciplinary action is in the original JC worker's future?

Mark- yep

Julia- If the employee in question genuinely believed what he said then you'd have to wonder about who trained him.
