If you have a lawn, start mowing it sometime before the middle of June when the grass is higher than your waist, as it will clog up the lawnmower.

Ross said...: QM- I've thought of that but I don't have one, I do have a hedge trimmer though which might work.

Macheath- There's already rabbits in the garden and they don't do much.

Julia- I'm sceptical whether that would work, but I do want one anyway.

James- Yeah I do stop the mower before trying to unblock it.
