If you really want that feeling in a safe-ish environment, have an endoscopy from the bottom end. You get inflated in order to get the camera and flexible lead (bit like what you'd use to clear a drain) round corners and the like.
Not recommended though. You leave feeling as if you've been beaten up, and you have guts-ache for the next four hours until all that air has come out at the top ('burp').
