Don't Fall Off Ladders, Advise Government.

Elliott Joseph covers a new government scheme that will be of great benefit to the Chuckle Brothers but might, just possibly be a little bit patronising to the rest of us- the ladder exchange!

Thanks Ross. I should perhaps point out that Dizzy got there before me, although I didn't know that when I covered this vital use of British government resource! The HSE would be so funny, were it no so powerful and expensive ...
