A man who gave himself a DIY circumcision using nail clippers was taken to hospital for emergency treatment.This is why I'm not a fan of DIY.

That's the thing, I could almost understand the reasoning if one clip was enough to do the job but it wouldn't be.
I don't smoke, so am just guessing, but wouldn't he have been better off with one of those cigar-cutting thingies..?
