Let's Not Dwell On Jacqui Smith's Porn Shame.

Instead let's remember some of the serious initiatives she has promoted during her tenure as Home Secretary, such as this one earlier this month:
Jacqui Smith to tackle 'sexualisation' culture
Good luck with that.

I think this is all part of the plan.

Every time somebody looks at a porn film or video clip in future, images of Ms Smith & her husand will flash before their eyes, rendering the exercise futile.

Urgh.

In Richard Timid's defence, can you imagine doing that?

Can you? Can anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

I know I couldn't.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to bleach my minds'-eye.

This is the 1st blog article that brings some serious information about Ms Smith I have seen so far. I've read the initiative and it makes sense to me. But write it and then realised it are two completely different things.

Let's see what will come out of it.

I am waiting for the Star to offer "Raw Meat 3" as a poltical sleaze freebie...

People do seem to be rather caught up in the issue of marriage and porn, and completely missing the point of Ms Smith's objections to the sexual objectification of women.

One enlightened listener on R5L did point out that the relentless harassment by the media of Ms Smith is pornographic in it's own right.

It will be the latest in a long line of expensives revelations that not only lowers the reputation of the current party but also indicates a tug of the media and reality tv culture on political figures. The day the politicians end up in the BB house is the day I emigrate.
