Unknown to almost every voter, the ‘Standards Fund’ contains a huge sum of money that is given to local authorities through the ’Ethnic Minority Achievement’ grant. Notice that it is not called the ‘Underachievement’ grant or the ‘Supporting weaker pupils ‘grant - it’s labelled the ‘Ethnic Minority Achievement’ grant because not a single British child with white skin gets a penny from it. This grant is ring-fenced so that every local authority is forced to use it on non-white children, even if they have very high percentages of white children in their schools.I have to admit I was somewhat surprised to realise how explicit the racial aspect of school funding was.

This isn't the sort of thing the chief inspector of schools is going to should from the rooftops is it ? He'd be accused of being a recruiting sergeant for the BNP if this were widely publicised.
Since 1966 in fact central government grants to LAs in England & Wales have been skewed systematically in favour of those authorities with large concentrations of 'new commonwealth' immigrants (thus giving the lie to the hypothesis peddled by Phillipe Legrain et al that immigration per se is a benefit and not a burden for the native populace). The ’Ethnic Minority Achievement’ grant is just a particularly objectionable tip to a very large iceberg.

Thant's a point, if Legrain is correct then presumably areas with high concentrations of immigrants should require less funding.
It simply means that Labour have no moral authority to have their laws obeyed.
A Government has no authority to rule or govern without the consent of the governed.
If Labour are actively discriminating against a part of the people, then the discriminated part need not obey them
This is a powder keg, and all it needs is a spark.
If people refused to obey, Labour would then have to resort to repression and intimidation - and of course they have been preparing for this for some years.
Many instinctively law abiding people are now completely changing their views.
When their government turns out to be their enemy, people look for a leader to fight for them.
